Non-surgical Face Sculpting in Dallas and Southlake

Non-surgical face sculpting involves enhancement of the facial skeletal framework, such as cheekbones, jaw and chin, and modifying some of the softer facial structures such as double chin or fuller cheeks, to achieve aesthetically optimum face shape and contours.

Non-surgical face sculpting is achieved by combining a variety of minimally invasive cosmetic treatments to improve facial proportions for enhancement of the overall facial balance and shape.

PRF- Platelet Rich Fibrin- The Next Generation PRP

Introducing Platelet Rich Fibrin PRF Cosmetic Injection Therapy

Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) is the next generation of PRP and is obtained in a method very similar to PRP. We start by taking a small amount of your whole blood in an FDA-approved PRP kit without any anticoagulant and spun in a centrifuge at a slower, gentler speed. This allows us to obtain a fibrin clot which is essentially platelets trapped massively in fibrin meshes along with white blood cells and a small amount of your circulating mesenchymal stem cells.

Due to a lack of anticoagulant in the tube, PRF becomes a gel after 15-20 minutes of being isolated. This is useful in cosmetic medicine where subdermal or dermal volume restoration is needed in addition to the other benefits of PRP, such as pigment reduction, improvement in skin texture and firmness etc.

The two most commonly treated conditions with PRF in our practice are undereye dark circles and perioral fine lines.

Dallas Bellafill® – Dermal Filler Results That Last

Introducing Bellafill®, the Only 5-year Dermal Filler

Bellafill®, now there is a better choice in dermal fillers.
For those of you, who have been getting dermal fillers regularly for deep wrinkles and volume loss, now you have a choice to get a semi-permanent dermal filler which lasts beyond 5 years.

Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, which often dissolve within a few months, Bellafill® creates a lasting improvement in your skin. Its smooth collagen gel base houses tiny polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres. These microspheres are about the same diameter as a human hair, so it’s almost impossible to see them. Once injected, Bellafill® immediately reduces the look of lines, wrinkles, and scars. Over time, your body uses the PMMA microspheres as a “scaffold” onto which your own collagen can develop.

PDO Threads Facelift, Necklift and Eye Lift

NovaThreads or PDO Threads for Non-surgical Jawline Lift, Lower Face Contouring, Neck Lift and Eyelid Lift

PDO (polydioxanone) threads are synthetic absorbable threads used in open heart surgery. The threads provide instant structural support followed by collagen induction over weeks following each treatment via a “selective inflammatory response”. The sutures completely dissolve in 3-4 months. The results from new collagen synthesis may last 12-18 months. A series of treatments is recommended for best results.
