For your safety, you are seen by Dr. Malik before starting microdermabrasion treatments. Your initial evaluation includes a review of your medical history and your prior experience with skin treatments. Certain skin conditions, such as eczema, chronic or acute skin infections , may need to be treated before you can start microdermabrasion treatment.

If you have taken Accutane, we like to wait a few months before starting microdermabrasion treatments.

We have three diffrent medical microdermabrasion units to suit individual patient needs. We use Diamond tip microdermabrasion for surface texture and fine line improvement and crystal microdermabrasion for pore cleansing for acne prone skin treatment.
