The Dermalift treatment uses a combination of low energy laser and electrophoresis technology to drive a custom prescription antiaging gel into the middle layer of skin for collagen induction and skin texture improvement. Dermalift treatment also uses a low voltage electric current to stimulate facial muscles for tightening the skin and muscles for a youthful, tighter, more well defined face.

How many sessions do I need to start seeing results?
Individual results may vary, however most of our patients see subtle improvement in facial tightness and texture of the face immediately after their first treatment with the Dermalift treatment system.
How many treatments do I need?
We recommend four to six sessions once a week followed by a maintenance session every four to six months for most people.
Is it possible to lose facial fat for facial contouring?
TheDermalift system can be used with different types of medicated gels to stimulate collagen production or to breakdown excess fat under the skin. If you have excess fat deposits in your face, we can alternate the prescription treatment gel between collagen production and fat reduction to tailor the treatments to your needs. the Dermalift system can reduce the fat to contour your face into slimmer, more well defined and tighter looking face.
Does the procedure hurt?
No. The treatment, generates a warm sensation and sensaation of facial muscle twitching which is very well tolerated by our patients and in some cases helps reduce tension type headaches or facial muscle pain. A few of our patients liken the Dermalift treatment to a deep massage.
Can everyone receive the treatment?
The Dermalift treatment is appropriate for most healthy people. We do not perform this treatment if you have a cardiac pacemaker or if there is an active bacterial, fungal or viral infection of the treatment area. Dr. Malik will evaluate you before starting the treatment and discuss all contraindications, side effects and expectations.
Does the treatment have any side effects?
Some individuals may experience some redness and mild swelling of the treated area, which subsides within a few hours. There are prescription medications in the Dermalift gels which carries a small risk of allergy or irritation from the medications.
Do I need to do anything to get good results?
Yes. You will receive information during your free initial consultation, your positive lifestyle improves the results of all anti-aging treatments.

Are the results permanent?

What should I do after treatment?
You can apply sunscreen, your makeup and resume your normal activity immediately after the treatment and no one will know you had anything done!
