How is adult acne different from teen acne?
Adult acne differs from teen teen acne in many ways.
The appearance of adult acne is different from teen acne. Teens commonly tend to have numerous clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads on middle of face, nose and forehead. Along with occasional pustuler lesions or cystic lesions depending onseverity.
Adults more commonly tend to experience breakouts on lower face, around mouth and along the jaw line. The acne lesions in adults tend to be deeper, tender cystic or nodular lesions. The large number of whiteheads and blackheads seen so often in teen acne is less common in adults.
